Placing an order
How do I place an order on your website?
Simply navigate or search for the item(s) you would like, add them to your cart, enter
delivery information, make a payment, and your order will be delivered soon!
How can I check the status of my order?
Orders placed before the specified same day delivery time will be delivered in a 5-hour
window immediately following the specified time. All orders placed after the same day
delivery window will be shipped during the next delivery window on the following business
day.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If stripe permits, we could but it would have to be before the same day delivery time.
Will I get a confirmation email after placing an order?
An email with a receipt will be sent after your purchase. – if possible
Can I reorder a previous purchase without signing in?
You can reorder items you have ordered previously, but without an account, you will be
unable to save your purchase history.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship to all provinces and territories in Canada?
Currently we only ship to Regina and the surrounding area
How long does shipping usually take?
If orders are placed before 3pm Mon-Fri or before 2pm on Sat, orders will be delivered the
same day. All orders after the specified time will be delivered the following business day.

Are there free shipping options?
Yes! All orders over $50 pre-tax receive free shipping. Anything under $50 shipping will cost
$9. If possible show the amount remaining to spend in order to qualify for free shipping.
What courier service do you use for deliveries?
We personally deliver your food to your door.
Can I choose in-store pickup instead of delivery?
No, we do not have a physical store location.

Credit and debit purchases, and apple pay

What is your return policy for online purchases?
All sales are final
Can I return an item to a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store location
How do I return a damaged or incorrect item?
No products that are damaged will be delivered/dropped off. For products that are incorrect
you can email support@quickpaws (email not final yet) with your order number and we will
respond accordingly
Do you refund shipping fees?
No
